GuestFlow is a data processor acting on behalf of the hotels that use it. We process guest personal data only to deliver the guest-experience services each hotel configures.

Marketing consent is captured with its source and timestamp, every marketing message carries a one-click unsubscribe, and suppression is honoured before every non-transactional send. Guests can request data export or erasure through their hotel.

Card details are never handled or stored by GuestFlow — all payments run through Stripe's hosted payment surfaces.
