Do we have to switch our booking system? +
No. GuestFlow sits on top of what you already use. Bookings flow in via connectors (eZee first, then Booking.com and your website). If you ever change PMS, your guest history and comms stay with you.
Does the AI reply to guests on its own? +
Never. AI classifies inbound messages and drafts a reply, but a staff member always approves before anything is sent. Autonomy is something you opt into later, not a default.
How does pricing work? +
Per-room per-month with a monthly floor that includes a band of rooms, plus metered overage for bulk email/SMS. Three tiers — Core, Plus, Pro — that match what you switch on. Talk to us for a quote.
Is it compliant with UK marketing rules? +
Yes. Marketing consent is captured with source and timestamp, every marketing message carries one-click unsubscribe, and suppression is honoured before every send. Card details are handled only by Stripe.
How long does activation take? +
Signup is instant, but going fully live includes a guided step for connector credentials and DNS — we don't pretend eZee provisioning is one-click. We walk you through it.
